With the Lux Exchange, you can borrow up to $500,000 against this property with few financial disclosures, no tax returns or income verification required.
We simply require a Deed of Trust and Promissory Note, and the deal is set up as an interest-only loan for your desired term.
Say the client has a loan against the property for $150,000. The Lux Exchange can pay off the $150,000 loan so we are in the first position, and the client would get the difference of $350,000 cash at closing.
